Oracle Reporting Developer (HCM)

Whitebridge is looking for an Oracle Reporting SME to join an ongoing transformation programme for our client.

Essential experience required:

• Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience in developing and testing Fusion HCM Reports, including OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher reports, data models, Datasets and RTF templates and crafting interactive reports.
• Ability to build custom formulas, sophisticated reports, and dashboards within OTBI.
• Excellent ability to do SQL query performance tuning.
• Experience with scheduling report jobs and bursting BIP reports to end users.
• A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (eg FTSE 100)
• Exposure to infrastructure and multi-platform environments; preferably within the energy or utility sector.
• Ability to demonstrate stakeholder management at most levels, including management, Information Technology colleagues and business representatives.
• Explaining to and communicating with non-technical audiences.
• You will have awareness of common Information Security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, Information Security Forum and NIST.

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will hybrid, with up to two days per week in the nearest office. The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
