CDC Qlik Talend Lead
Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced CDC Talend Lead to work with a key client.
*Please note this role will require 2-3 days onsite in Luton weekly*
*This role falls INSIDE IR35*
Key responsibilities:
. Lead and execute end-to-end migration from on-cloud environments to Qlik Talend SaaS.
. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Talend Cloud pipelines and CDC workflows.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business and technical objectives.
. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple geographies.
. Implement best practices for ETL/ELT processes, data modelling, and cloud data integration.
. Support integration with CI/CD and version control tools to ensure seamless deployment.
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
. Strong hands-on experience with Talend Studio and Talend Cloud pipelines.
. Proficiency in Talend components such as tMap, tJoin, tFileInput, etc.
. Solid experience in SQL, ETL/ELT design, and cloud data platforms.
. Strong understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC) concepts and data modelling.
. Experience integrating with Git and Talend CI tools.
. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across distributed teams
