Oracle CPQ Developer

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Oracle CPQ Developer.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

- Provide programming & troubleshooting support for Oracle CPQ applications.
- Support testing and deployment efforts to maintain a stable and efficient CPQ environment.
- Review existing and proposed solutions with a focus on performance, stability, and optimization.
- Integrate CPQ with enterprise systems (Salesforce CRM, ERP, etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Experience:

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ experience.
- Implementation Experience in CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows.
- Deep expertise in SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM is desirable.
- Ability to support multiple geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have:

- Understanding of CPQ business processes, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Familiarity with manufacturing constraints (material restrictions, lead-time calculations, etc).
- Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems to enhance efficiency.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, E-commerce) is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing/engineering processes is beneficial.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
