Change Manager

A Change Manager is required to join a leading UK-based organisation on a fixed-term contract. This role offers hybrid working, with occasional travel to Buckinghamshire

As the Change Manager, you will lead and deliver effective change and communication strategies to support the successful adoption of new People systems, AI capabilities, automation, and data quality improvements. You’ll work across a cross-functional project team to ensure colleagues are engaged, ready, and confident to adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Do you have?

  • Proven experience applying structured change management methodologies within large or complex organisations?
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, engaging effectively at all levels?
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal?
  • The ability to foster colleague confidence and adoption through clear engagement and communication plans?
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience tracking and evaluating change outcomes
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable working in evolving environments?
