Content Designer

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Content Designer.

You will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company for this role.

Key Requirements:

- We are looking for a Content Designer to support the new build work and live services work we have on the team.

- Following standards you will be expected to create, iterate, and manages user centred content across the end-to-end user journey for our services.

- Working in agile teams to ensure content is accessible, accurate, and evidence based, focusing on user needs over policy, or department needs.

Key Skills:

- Using user research, data, and analytics to inform content decisions.

- Writing clear, concise, and accessible English following the style guide.

- Working with multidisciplinary teams, including user researchers, developers, and policy specialists.

- Mapping user journeys, identifying gaps, and managing content throughout its lifecycle.

- Building relationships to influence stakeholders and, at senior levels, guiding content strategy and mentoring others.

- Active participation in the content design community for peer support and development.
