Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work for an established & growing pan European company that manufactures construction products & sells one piece roofing membranes, modular building tech, Facade fixing solutions & fenestration products for the EU & N. American construction industries.

Supported by an internal sales team, who will be making appointments with established & new clients, the successful candidate will be based in the field with 1 day in the company HQ in Worcestershire.

You will be selling the full range of solutions to Developers, Fa ade, Fenestration & roofing specialists & Main Contractors, across the England although a large proportion of the clients are based in and around London.


After comprehensive product training you will be selling at Construction Director, SPM , Installation Manager, Estimator & Technical Manager level . Solutions are usually sold on a project-by-project basis with order values ranging from 2k to 500k. You will be selling to a mix of established clients whilst targeting and winning new customers.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of selling construction products into main contractors & developers and will possess strong relationship building skills.

The successful candidate will benefit from a basic between 60k- 70k ( Dependent Upon Experience) , 23 DH holiday +BH, Contributory pension, a company car, private medical insurance and a company bonus, based on company performance, paid quarterly ,
