Hybrid/Remote — NI based | Global Scope About Whitespace
Whitespace builds sovereign AI for defence, government, regulated industries, and critical national infrastructure. Our platforms run in high-assurance, air-gapped, and fully offline environments — supporting mission-critical operations across the MOD, NATO partners, and national-level programmes.
We're scaling fast. Following strong traction in UK defence and government, we're now expanding into key international markets. This is a high-growth, high-impact environment where you'll help build the operational foundations for a global AI company.
A critical operational role owning Whitespace's secure internal IT estate. You'll design, maintain, and scale IT operations, identity and access management, endpoint security, tooling governance, and compliance infrastructure for a fast-growing, globally distributed team.
This role suits someone who blends technical depth with operational discipline — delivering seamless IT experiences while maintaining the controls required for defence-grade and regulated environments. You'll work closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations leadership.
