Business Systems Manager (NetSuite)

The Business Systems Manager (NetSuite) is an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey join the IT team at our Milton Park office.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will act as the business owner and subject matter expert for NetSuite, partnering with teams across Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and eCommerce to help shape the future of our business systems. You'll play a pivotal role in a significant transformation programme, driving improvements that create lasting value across the business.

Responsibilities
- Act as the business owner and primary point of contact for NetSuite across the business, providing expertise and guidance on platform capabilities.
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering with key stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges and future business needs.
- Assess existing systems, including legacy platforms and the US NetSuite deployment, identifying opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
- Develop a clear, costed business proposal and implementation roadmap for the wider rollout of NetSuite across the UK and international markets.
- Support the successful delivery of system implementation projects, including data migration, testing, training and change management activities.
About You
- Proven experience implementing, migrating to, or managing NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and eCommerce teams.
- Experience leading or playing a key role in large-scale systems implementation or transformation projects.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, evidence-based solutions and business cases.
- A proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
