AV Support Engineer

Hammersmith & West End, London

£350 per day inside IR35

We're a global media agency of 3,000 people, working across some of the world's most exciting brands. Our London team is growing and we're looking for a confident, personable AV professional to be the go-to person for all things audio-visual in the UK — with real scope to shape our AV environment as we expand.

Based primarily in our Hammersmith office, with involvement in upcoming fit-outs in W1 , this is a hands-on, autonomous role for someone who thrives without hand-holding and takes genuine pride in delivering a seamless AV experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Day-to-day support and maintenance of legacy Cisco AV systems across the Hammersmith office
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues quickly and independently, keeping meetings and events running without a hitch
• Lead the fit-out and commissioning of new AV rooms in our upcoming W1 London offices
• Manage vendor relationships — scoping, quoting, and overseeing installations from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with the wider IT team to ensure AV infrastructure integrates seamlessly with the wider tech environment
• Liaise with AV colleagues in the US, sharing updates, best practices, and staying aligned on standards
• Own the full AV lifecycle — from kit procurement to end-user support — with minimal oversight

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid hands-on experience with Cisco AV / collaboration technology (Webex Rooms, Cisco endpoints, etc.)
• Proven ability to support and manage AV environments in a corporate setting
• Experience with AV room design, fit-out, and commissioning — or a strong appetite to grow into this
• A genuine self-starter — comfortable owning your workload and making decisions independently
• Excellent communication skills; equally at ease with senior stakeholders, end users, and third-party vendors
• Easy-going, collaborative, and professional in every interaction
• Comfortable working across time zones with a remote team in the US
