The Senior Consultant (Customer Success) is responsible for driving long-term customer value, adoption , and account growth across our AI software platform , ensuring customers realize measurable business outcomes while expanding the platform footprint through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
This role requires a consultative and highly strategic approach . The consultant partners closely with customers to understand their workflows, fine-tune implementations , and continuously optimize value after go-live. The customer journey is treated as an ongoing transformation .
The Senior Consultant (CS) builds strong executive and operational relationships within each account, acting as a trusted advisor . They collaborate cross-functionally with product and technical teams to deeply understand platform capabilities and translate them into practical solutions that drive adoption , introducing new features and adjacent offerings — including low-code/no-code tools — to expand usage and unlock additional business value.
Key focus areas include customer value realization , relationship development , platform adoption , and strategic account expansion. The ideal candidate combines technical curiosity, commercial awareness , and exceptional communication skills to guide customers toward continuous growth and customer delight!
