Stellarmann is seeking an experienced AI Security & Digital Trust Advisory Consultant to support an international organisation on its AI journey.
This engagement will focus on establishing visibility, ownership, control and trust across AI, Agentic AI and Non-Human Identities (NHIs), helping to translate AI governance principles into practical security controls and operating models.
Required Skills & Experience
This is a fractional Outside IR35 engagement, likely 2 to 3 days per week, for a consultant with real-world implementation experience rather than purely theoretical knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders on AI Security within complex international organisations.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI Security and Digital Trust initiatives.
- Must have real world practical applications, not theoretical knowledge
- Strong knowledge of AI Security, Responsible AI, Agentic AI, AI Governance and AI Risk Management.
- Experience defining AI control frameworks, operating models and governance structures.
- Expertise in IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, Machine Identities, Service Accounts and NHI Governance.
- Experience developing executive recommendations, target operating models, guardrails and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and risk management frameworks.
