- Have a proven track record of leading Data & AI within Insurance
- Bring a consulting background or mindset
- Strong background in risk and control frameworks
- Possess broad expertise across Data and AI capabilities
- Demonstrate clear leadership potential and stakeholder influence
This is a permanent position paying between £120 - £145k plus bonus with flexible working (1-2 days in the office).
