My client, a leading insurance firm, is looking for a Delivery Manager/Agile Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll be stepping into the heart of a major Technology Transformation, focused on redeveloping and enhancing core business systems across the organisation.

You will be a good match for this role if you have:

• Strong end-to-end project delivery experience within the Insurance industry - Insurance Essential (Lloy'd Market preferred)
• A background in Application/Software Delivery
• Hands-on experience with core insurance platforms (Underwriting, Pricing, Coverholder, Workbench)
• API/Integration experience
• Proven Agile leadership, successfully guiding delivery squads in fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience managing offshore development teams
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement experience

This position is offered as a permanent role, with a salary range of £85,000-£100,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site in the London office 3 days per week.
