Digital Business Analyst - Digital Change/Agile/Client Portals

A leading London market insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join its growing Digital Change function. This role sits within a modern, fast evolving digital environment and will play a key part in shaping and delivering high quality digital products across the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, UX/UI partners, and development squads to enhance client facing digital platforms, streamline processes, and support end to end digital transformation initiatives.

You'll be a great fit for this role if:

• You have strong experience as a Business Analyst within the London Market insurance or Broking space
• You've delivered digital, customer facing or technology driven projects in agile environments
• You understand client portals, quote and buy journeys, or other self service digital products
• You're confident working across complex system integrations, including APIs and platform to platform communication

This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £75k and requires 3 days a week onsite in central London.
