Our client, a specialty insurance firm, is seeking a Group Head of Change to lead their enterprise change agenda. This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for change across the business, embedding strong governance practices, and driving successful delivery across key areas including underwriting, operations, technology, and more.

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Proven experience leading enterprise change functions within a complex, insurance environment
• A track record of shaping and governing change portfolios internationally
• Deep knowledge of change delivery methodologies, portfolio governance, and transformation best practices
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills - from board-level engagement to front-line collaboration
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing change teams
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on delivery leadership

This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £150,000 + 30% target bonus. This role does require the successful candidate to be in the office 5 days per week.
