Lead Developer/Architect

Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer | C#/Azure/Blazor | Fully Remote - Permanent

Our client, a fast-growing and fully remote tech company, is hiring a Senior or Lead Full Stack Developer to build scalable, modern software products used across a global customer base.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-trust environment, is passionate about architecture and hands-on coding, and wants the freedom to work from anywhere in the world. The team meets in person just twice a year, and the rest is entirely remote.

You'll be great for this role if you have:

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Full Stack Developer, ideally in distributed, remote-first teams
• Deep expertise in C# and cloud-native development using Azure and Cosmos DB
• Strong experience with Blazor
• A solid background in designing and building within Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA)
• Architecture-level insight and an eagerness to own and drive technical decision-making
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous culture

Very Nice to Have:

• Hands-on AI project delivery experience
• Interest in working at the forefront of AI integration across systems and platforms

This role is fully remote with the flexibility to work from anywhere and offers a highly competitive salary between £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
