Our sister company Stellarmann is seeking a Programme Delivery Lead/Director to support a multi-year global underwriting transformation for a Leading Software Provider to the Insurance Sector. This is a high-impact leadership position, acting as the number two to the Chief Delivery Officer, responsible for driving delivery across 20+ global business lines. The programme spans underwriting system modernisation, automation, integration, and operational workflow redesign.This opportunity requires 2-3 days a week onsite at their London office and is paying a competitive market day rate outside IR35.

Key Experience:

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in major insurance organisations.
• Deep expertise in underwriting systems, workbenches, or modernisation initiatives.
• Strong preference for candidates with Guidewire implementation experience.
• Proven ability to manage delivery partners and resolve programme challenges.
• London Market/Lloyd's market experience preferred.
