Our Sister Professional Servcie company, Stellarmann is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support an infrastructure upgrade programme on site with their Insurance client.
You'll work with technical and business stakeholders to analyse server and application landscapes, identify dependencies and risks, and help drive upgrades from discovery through to delivery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong infrastructure knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Key Skills
- Proven Technical Business Analyst experience within infrastructure or technology transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of server environments, application hosting, and infrastructure platforms
- Experience with server migrations, server refreshes, OS upgrades, or datacentre transformation
- Knowledge of SQL Server environments and application impacts of platform upgrades
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills
- Any experience working in the insurance industry is desirable
- Analyse server estates, applications, and infrastructure using CMDB data and technical documentation
- Map application dependencies and assess upgrade requirements, risks, and criticality
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure optimisation and rationalisation
- Produce impact assessments, recommendations, and migration plans
- Support upgrade planning, testing, defect management, and business validation
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of programme outcomes
