Business Development Manager
Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding manufacturer of mechanical ventilation solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to increase market share across Northern England. The successful candidates will focus on identifying, securing, and managing profitable sales opportunities within the region. Route to market is typically throught the M&E contractors.

The Candidate
- You must have field sales experience working for a mechanical ventilation company
- You must have a stable and consistent employment track record.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage a complex sales process.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Full, clean UK driving licence with the ability to travel regularly within the designated region.
- A consistent employment track record in a Business Development/Sales role.
