Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

As our CRM Specialist, you'll ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Working closely with colleagues across marketing - content, creative, performance, and business unit leads - you'll help turn marketing plans into effective multi-channel campaigns.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and deploying campaigns through various digital channels, including email, web, paid media, and social media.

• Setting up campaign tracking, attribution, audience segmentation, and reporting structures.

• Performing thorough quality assurance checks across campaign assets, links, tracking codes, and customer journeys.

• Creating and adapting tactical marketing content including email copy, social media posts, CTAs, landing pages, and promotional assets.

• Repurposing strategic content into engaging, channel-specific marketing materials.

• Coordinating campaign timelines and asset delivery across multiple stakeholders.

• Managing multiple concurrent campaigns across various Business Units.

• Monitoring live campaigns and escalating critical issues where required.

• Maintaining campaign documentation and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform effectively.

You'll sit at the heart of the marketing function, working across multiple brands and business units while seeing your work translated into live campaigns that drive measurable results. Every day brings something different, offering a fantastic blend of marketing technology, project coordination, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.

What’s the Most Challenging Thing About This Role
