SAP Data & Quality Administrator
Overview
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong SAP and Excel skills to support within a quality/operations function.
You’ll play a key role in supporting quality processes by reviewing SAP inspection data and ensuring accuracy across the system.
SAP Data & Quality Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage SAP Quality Inspection Lots
- Identify and track missing inspection lots (UDs – Usage Decisions)
- Collect, record, and organise data accurately using Excel
- Investigate discrepancies and flag any missing or incomplete information
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records to support reporting
- Liaise with internal teams where necessary to resolve data gaps
- Support continuous improvement of data accuracy and reporting processes

Key Requirements
- Previous experience using SAP (preferably within a quality or production environment)
- Confident using Excel for data handling, tracking, and reporting
- (e.g. filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
