SAP FICO Consultant
Introduction:
Wipro is looking for an experienced SAP ECC/ S/4HANA FICO Consultant to work with one of our industry leading practices. As an SAP FICO consultant, you will be responsible for engaging, supporting customers in their transition, transformation and meeting their business regulatory needs.
We want you to have strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules required, having completed at least one full systems implementation lifecycle and solution configuration in the S/4 HANA Environment as an SAP Consultant.
Ability to recommend, design, and deliver SAP Solutions.
As a SAP FICO S/4 HANA specialist, you will understand complex business and operational processes and their interaction with systems. Relationship building, engagement, and consultancy are key aspects of the role. This hands-on position requires SAP skills combined with extensive finance and controlling business process knowledge through implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate and guide S4/HANA FICO transformation
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement aligned with SAP capabilities
- Conduct business analysis and requirements definition, and create functional specifications
- Configure the SAP system and provide support in change implementation, and testing
- Collaborate closely with the Finance function, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions
Mandatory skills
- Deep experience with SAP S/4 HANA (Primary FICO / Secondary sales and procurement)
- Experience working on Record to Report processes
- Some experience with Blackline journal posting process and audit
- Month end closing
- Good knowledge of regulatory and Group reporting
- SAP Functional solution design experience
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills
- Opportunity to collaborate on projects and help contribute to Finance roadmap adaption & business re-organization.
Desirable skills
- Experience in digital transformational programs Experience with Jira / Confluence
- Energy & utilities industry work experience
Qualifications / Experience
- Several years of experience with SAP ECC/ S/4HANA FICO implementation and configuration, including 3 rd party interfaces, IDOCs and support
- Knowledge of business processes supported by SAP and SAP transactions used in Finance and Controlling related processes
- Delivery-focused with proven success in business and end-user engagement
- Strong team ethic and ability to interact effectively with colleagues in a geographically diverse organization
- Experience with SAP security standards
