For additional information, visit us at DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the wider Salesforce platform, supporting requirements, backlog, testing, release and adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to understand business processes, challenges and opportunities. Create business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and use cases. Translate requirements into Salesforce functional solutions and maintain traceability through delivery. Work with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams and Product Owners. Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and sprint delivery. Coordinate UAT, defect management, business sign-off and deployment validation. Identify process improvements and support change, training and user adoption.
What We're Looking For
Considerable overall IT experience, including Agile Salesforce delivery programmes. Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
