Tagetik Test Lead
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tagetik QA/Test Lead to join our growing EPM practice. In this role, you will lead end-to-end testing for CCH Tagetik implementations and enhancements, ensuring high-quality financial and reporting solutions.
You will work closely with Finance SMEs, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver robust, accurate, and business-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy & Planning
- Define and lead test strategy, test plans, and execution approach (SIT, UAT, regression, patch validation)
- Review functional & technical designs to ensure full test coverage
Functional & Financial Data Testing
- Validate financial processes including consolidations, allocations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and journals
- Perform data reconciliation and variance analysis across source systems and Tagetik
- Ensure accuracy in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting outputs
Test Execution & Defect Management
- Design and execute detailed test cases (including negative scenarios & regression suites)
- Manage defects end-to-end and collaborate with developers for resolution
UAT Leadership
- Lead UAT cycles including walkthroughs, defect triage, and business sign-offs
- Prepare UAT dashboards, reports, and sign-off documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- QA/testing with strong hands-on Tagetik testing experience
- Experience in EPM / CPM platforms
Functional Expertise
- Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Knowledge of financial controls, audit processes, and close cycles
Technical Skills
- Test case design, SIT/UAT coordination, and defect management
- Data validation using SQL / data extracts
- Exposure to automation tools (preferred)
