Recruiter - Account Manager – up to £40k Base DOE , OTE £70k – Hove, East Sussex (5 Days Onsite)

Our client works globally within the automotive/engineering/technology/IT/defence space.

The Package

• Base Salary: Up to £40,000
• OTE: £70,000 (uncapped) NO cold calling but will be expected to build relationships within existing clients.
• Location: Hove, East Sussex – 5 days in the office
• Travel: Opportunity to travel internationally to meet clients

The Role

• Manage and nurture relationships with an established portfolio of clients
• Identify and develop opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
• Focus on strategic account growth and client partnership – no cold calling
• Occasionally travel internationally to build face-to-face relationships

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in recruitment account management or consultative sales
• Experience selling RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) solutions is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, target-driven, and proactive
• Willing to be based full-time in the Hove office, opportunity to work hybrid/remote after probation
