Tech Delivery Consultant – AI, Robotics & Automation Location: Office-based, 5 days per week (near Crawley) | Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + commission | Type: Full-time, PermanentAre you passionate about emerging technology and driven by results? We’re looking for a Tech Delivery Consultant to join a growing team, sourcing top-tier talent across AI, robotics, and intelligent automation. This is a delivery-focused role—ideal for someone who excels at filling niche, technical roles and wants to make a real impact in a high-growth sector.We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK-based provider of Technology and Engineering staffing solutions, specialising in talent delivery across high-growth and competitive sectors such as Intralogistics, Industry 4.0, Robotics & AI, Manufacturing Automation, and Renewable & CleanTech industries.What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional candidates into roles across AI, robotics, and automation
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification to placement
• Engage passive talent through proactive sourcing and networking
• Work on technically complex and hard-to-fill vacancies
• Maintain accurate records and work towards delivery targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in tech recruitment or delivery
• Strong understanding of technical hiring, ideally within emerging tech sectors
• Driven, detail-oriented, and confident communicator
• Able to manage multiple roles and priorities at pace
• Collaborative and motivated by results
