Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Account Manager – Defence & Hedge Fund Clients | Tech-Driven Consultancy | London Salary: Competitive + Exceptional Commission Scheme Are you a tech-savvy Recruitment Delivery Consultant or Recruitment  Account Manager ready to dive into the fast-paced world of defence intelligence and elite finance Our client is the go-to strategic partner for some of the UK’s most mission-critical defence projects, stealth-mode fintech innovators, and elite hedge funds operating at the bleeding edge of tech.They are in hyper-growth mode — their clients are booming with new roles and they are expanding to meet the demand.What You'll Be Doing:

• Own key client accounts across defence, national security, hedge funds, and high-stakes tech firms
• Partner with incredible tech talent and deliver at pace – 70% perm, 30% contract
• Collaborate with top-tier clients working on AI, cybersecurity, quantum computing, and next-gen defence systems
• Act as a trusted delivery partner, not just a CV pusher – your influence will be strategic
• Operate in an environment where delivery meets consultancy, and your impact is measurable

You’ll Thrive If You Are:

• A successful Delivery Consultant or Account Manager with a passion for Tech recruitment
• Naturally curious – you love digging into your clients’ worlds and understanding what they really need
• Proven in placing top-tier tech talent (engineering, data, cloud, cyber, AI etc.)
• Ambitious, resilient, and want to see your work make a tangible difference
• Comfortable with both permanent and contract delivery models
• Interested in breaking into the defence & finance tech space, or expanding your footprint in it

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with government/secure sectors or finance/hedge fund clients
• Understand SC/DV clearance or have worked with cleared candidates before
• Have worked in a specialist or boutique consultancy where quality trumps volume
