Your Role As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Own a full 360 recruitment desk, generating new business while managing key client accounts.
• Deliver senior and executive placements, managing complex processes from headhunting through to offer negotiation.
• Build long-term relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Develop strategic business plans to achieve £200k+ annual billing targets.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants as needed, shaping the future of the team.

About You We are looking for a senior consultant who:

• Has a proven track record of billing £200k+ per year in recruitment.
• Excels in business development, client relationship management, and strategic account planning.
• Has deep knowledge of HR, Technology, or Go-To-Market recruitment (senior/mid-to-senior level).
• Is self-motivated, commercially minded, and thrives in a high-performance environment.
• Aligns with a professional, ethical, and client-focused approach to recruitment.
