Recruitment Consultant (Cyber Security)

We’re Hiring: 360 Recruiter (Cyber Security / IT /Tech) – Brighton

Office based, up to £40k doe plus uncapped commission

Our client is part of a recruitment specialist who delivers excellence in Cyber, Cloud & Infrastructure roles. We partner with organisations facing evolving digital threats, helping them close skills gaps and build high-performing, resilient teams.

What we’re looking for

A proven 360 Cyber Security Recruiter to drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing and attracting high calibre cyber security professionals (from entry-level to senior)
• Creating compelling candidate journeys & maintaining candidate pipelines
• Managing client relationships (without naming the client, you’ll be delivering against their security hiring objectives)
• Negotiating offers, closing roles, ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout

If you have:

1+ years full-lifecycle recruitment experience in cyber security or related field

Strong communication & influencing skills
