Salary - Up to £30,000 plus uncapped commission, realistic year 1, £45,000

We’re looking for a Junior Resourcer to join a busy, fast-paced technical recruitment consultancy. You’ll be on the phone all day, speaking to candidates across engineering, telecoms, fire & security, and more. It’s a high-activity, target-driven role — perfect for someone with 6–12 months of experience in recruitment or a strong background in telesales or a call centre environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making high volumes of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates
• Sourcing and screening candidates for specialist technical roles
• Building and managing candidate databases
• Supporting consultants with shortlisting and interview coordination
• Learning niche markets and how to match talent to the right roles

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident, talkative, and resilient – you’ll be on the phone constantly
• Ideally, 6–12 months of experience in a recruitment or sales-driven setting, but will consider the right person
• Target-driven mindset and strong communication skills
• Highly organised, with good attention to detail
• Hungry to learn and build a long-term career
