Senior Recruitment Consultant
A boutique technology recruitment consultancy near London Bridge is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to step into a strategic role working closely with the Founder. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in new business, enjoys shaping growth, and wants to play a central part in building out a premium tech recruitment brand. The consultancy operates with a search-style approach, a strong presence in the Cloud, Platform, and DevOps space, and a track record of deep, long-standing client relationships. With plans to expand, they are hiring two experienced consultants who will join a close-knit, collaborative team.Key Focus Areas
- IT recruitment experience is essential (any technical vertical welcome)
- Delivery spans Cloud/Platform/Infrastructure (c.50%) and Development, Data, QA, and Project/Programme Management (c.50%).
- This is a new business–led role, requiring proven success in winning and developing new clients.
- Background in contract, permanent, or dual desk recruitment is suitable.
- Opportunity to remain an individual contributor or grow into a future leadership role, depending on personal goals.
- Highly specialised in Cloud / Platform / DevOps, while also delivering across the wider IT landscape using a “land and expand” approach.
- Deep industry engagement, including co-organising one of the world’s largest DevOps communities with over 11,000 members.

- £40k–£70k base salary, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission up to 25% (non-accumulated)
