  • Delivering full-cycle permanent recruitment for Technology roles across the US markets.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates, including internationally based talent.
  • Partnering with clients in a consultative manner to understand hiring needs and provide market insight.
  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting passive candidates across core technology disciplines.
  • Managing offers, negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the international recruitment function.
