Recruitment Consultant – Technology Sector Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office Salary: £25,000 – £45,000 base + uncapped commission Company: Our client are more than recruiters. Now, they are growing their brilliant billing team and looking for a Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to make an impact in the fast-paced tech space.The Role You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within the Technology sector
• Building and nurturing relationships with tech clients – from scale-ups to enterprise leaders
• Sourcing top tech talent across areas like Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, and Product
• Advising clients and candidates with market insight, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
• Driving new business development through networking, social selling, and outbound outreach

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in recruitment (tech or related markets preferred)
• A natural relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong commercial awareness with a passion for tech innovation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• A self-starter mindset with the drive to hit and exceed targets
