What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be working in the cross-functional Personal Onboarding Verification team — a team that helps customers onboard to Wise. You’ll be part of the Global KYC and Onboarding squad — a squad that makes onboarding to Wise safe, compliant and scalable. In this role, you’ll support personal customers to onboard to Wise quickly, easily and with confidence. You’ll help keep Wise safe and secure for our customers and balance meeting regulatory obligations with building world-class customer experiences. You’ll invest time in understanding our customers, their needs and our infrastructure. And you’ll design and deliver experiences that make onboarding clear and effortless, building trust with new and existing customers. You’ll work with your cross-functional partners to design and scale experiences that teams across Wise can use. You'll also be part of the Content Guild and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise. Here’s How You’ll Contribute
- You’ll use your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, well-crafted and intuitive experiences that customers love
- You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail and a systems thinking approach to solve problems and find scalable solutions
- You’ll influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness and content quality across the squad
- You’ll work with designers across the squad to build a standardised and seamless experience for customers
- Deliver impact and ship work you’re proud of
- Own content projects from end-to-end
- Define what great content looks like, then help deliver it

- Accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class products
- Hands on experience delivering product content in fast-paced, engineering-led environments
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
- You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity and can successfully collaborate in this environment
- Familiarity with design processes and experience validating how content solves real customer problems
- Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality
- Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback
- Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, journalism or social media and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.
- You’re not comfortable navigating complexity and working in a fast-paced environment
