Title: Account Manager

Location: London, Hybrid (3 days)

Salary & Package: 50-57k OTE (DOE)

Job Summary:

  • Building strong relationships with your clients through regular contact
  • Working towards renewal and growth targets (and earning great rewards when you hit them!)
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell, looping in teammates where needed, and driving new business through to close.
  • Gathering client feedback and insights to share with our product team, helping shape future improvements to our platform.

Experienced Required:

  • Process driven – great listener, curious, and emotionally intelligent
  • Experience in a relevant company( B2B SaaS firm or financial data business)
