Job Title: Account Executive, Enterprise
Location: New Malden, SW London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Reporting to: Sales Director
Salary: Up to £95,000 base + competitive commission + benefits

The Opportunity
They are looking for a driven and consultative Enterprise Account Executive to join at a pivotal time of evolution. You’ll play a critical role in generating new business, expanding existing client relationships, and shaping how leading organizations make high-quality talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and win new enterprise clients
- Account Expansion: Upsell, cross-sell, and renew within your existing portfolio
- Full Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Strategic Growth Plans: Create tailored account strategies to maximize revenue
- Trusted Advisor: Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting (Salesforce, HubSpot)
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- 4+ years in B2B Enterprise sales (Account Exec, Business Dev, or Account Manager role)
- Proven track record in SaaS and/or HR Tech sales
- Experience with consultative methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC)
- Demonstrated success in both winning new business and growing accounts
Skills & Attributes
- Skilled in prospecting, cold outreach, and deal closure
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
- Strong communicator and negotiator
- Highly organized, driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
