Title: Senior Account Executive

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary & Package: £50k‑100k base + uncapped double OTE + options.

Job Summary

  • 2nd AE on the ground, part of the founding team
  • Run the full sales motion – source, prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, close – with SDR, SE & marketing support.
  • Greenfield territories: UK/EU for London AE; North America for US AE.
  • Selling to SaaS vendors
  • Selling to CTO/Sales
  • Clients Include: Flip, Drata, screenloop, Reachdesk, Pillar
  • Typical deal size $15k to 6 figures; sales cycle 45 days to up to 12 months for larger deals.
  • 50% Inbound / 50% Self-sourced
  • Revenue model: Land & Expand
  • Quota - 750k - 1m (Enterprise) 600k-800k (Mid-market)
  • Clear path to Senior AE / Sales Manager.

Experienced Required

  • 3+ yrs SaaS new‑biz B2B SaaS
  • Experience selling Mid Market to Enterprise deals
  • Infra sales experience (databases, security, monitoring, etc – sold to CTO and CPO), 100 %+ quota history.
  • Experience selling a technical product
  • Exposure to building business case, consultative/complex sales cycle
  • MEDDIC
  • Technical curiosity, Building/Coding knowledge, Humble, Collaborative
