Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Investment Banks and Hedge Funds
• Network and headhunt high-calibre Data & AI professionals (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Specialists)
• Drive new business through strategic development
• Consult, negotiate, and manage both clients and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and secure high-value placements

What Were Looking For:

• 2:1 degree or higher from a top university, or strong sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly competitive and ambitious (sports backgrounds are a plus)
• Financially motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Resilient, adaptable, and committed to success
