Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Support sales and service administration activities
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and target-driven approach
- Ability to work on-site in Middlesbrough
