Our client is seeking an IT Operations Support professional to join their ICT team, providing essential support to a key operational site.

- Deliver 1st line and limited 2nd line IT support to end users
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Perform basic network diagnostics and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams where required
- Experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Entra ID / Active Directory
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Experience using IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Driving licence essential
