IT Support

Our client is seeking an IT Operations Support professional to join their ICT team, providing essential support to a key operational site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1st line and limited 2nd line IT support to end users
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
  • Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Perform basic network diagnostics and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams where required
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT support or service desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Entra ID / Active Directory
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
  • Experience using IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Driving licence essential
