About the team

Bringing medicine to patients is complex, expensive and high-risk. Faculty’s Life Science’s team is concentrated on building AI solutions which optimise the research and commercialisation of life-changing therapies.

We partner with major pharma firms, academic research centres and MedTech start-ups to design and deliver solutions which address critical healthcare challenges, and help to democratize health for all.

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager you’ll be at the forefront of applying AI to address some of the most exciting challenges and opportunities in the Life Sciences sector. You will play a leading, entrepreneurial role, shaping our product development strategy and driving AI-powered solutions from 0-1. You’ll enjoy a high-level of autonomy to align our clients and internal teams around a product vision, and the support of our world-class technical expertise to make it happen.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver AI products from discovery through to live deployment, ensuring delivery excellence
  • Managing complex product portfolios, balancing competing priorities to ensure sustainable outcomes
  • Shaping strategic, phased delivery approaches that maximise value and recognise operational constraints
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with key decision makers across the Life Sciences industry
  • Elevating the product community at the company by setting delivery standards, defining best practices, and embedding a culture of excellence
  • Identifying and supporting the growth of new business opportunities in collaboration with business development colleagues
  • Mentoring and developing team members

Who we're looking for:

  • You bring several years of AI and/or software product management experience, with a strong preference for expertise in the Life Sciences sector
  • You have a track record of building and scaling digital products from the ground up, bringing structure and measurable results to ill-defined problems
  • You are fluent in the delivery of data-intensive products, with a good grasp of the data science and engineering principles which inform technical solution design
  • You enjoy engaging and influencing senior decision-makers, translating data-driven insights into impactful product strategies
  • You enjoy aligning multidisciplinary teams around a shared product vision, in an inclusive way
  • You operate confidently in ambiguous situations, proactively driving solutions and helping to distill what’s important
