Working within the Operations Department and reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage UK Service Tickets using Service Now and other tracking tools. Your responsibilities will include arranging and conducting service visits, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of service reports. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all customer records and asset registers are meticulously maintained.
The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in an Audio Visual or IT service environment. A solid understanding of integrated AV systems, their maintenance requirements, and the software and hardware that comprise them is essential. While CEDIA and InfoComm accreditations are advantageous, they are not mandatory. A full, clean driving licence and the physical ability to manage manual handling tasks across multiple sites are also required.
