Content Specialist (Remote)

• Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.

Role Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role supports AI model improvement through expert human feedback on operational, content, research, data, and AI-related tasks. You will review AI-generated outputs, refine prompts, ensure quality, and help maintain efficient workflows across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate complex prompts; assess AI responses for accuracy, clarity, tone, and logical soundness.
• Review, organise, and update information (including AI responses and internal content) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Evaluate AI-generated text/content for correctness, usefulness, and natural language per provided guidelines.
• Draft or refine written content, prompts, instructions, examples, or documentation in clear, professional English.
• Assist with content preparation, online research, basic analysis, operations support, documentation, and coordination.

Qualifications:

• Strong command of written English and clear, professional communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to understand/follow written guidelines or rubrics consistently when reviewing content.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
• Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
