Technical Content Reviewer (Remote)

• Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.

Role Overview: We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role is designed for individuals with a strong technical background and an eye for detail. As a Technical Content Reviewer, you will assess the quality of AI-generated code, technical documentation, and complex problem-solving steps. Your mission is to ensure the model provides accurate, safe, and functional technical advice, helping it become a reliable assistant for developers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated code snippets and technical explanations to ensure they are syntactically correct, functional, and adhere to best practices.
• Evaluate the safety of technical content, identifying and flagging potential security vulnerabilities or malicious code instructions.
• Edit and refine technical documentation (e.g., API guides, troubleshooting steps) for clarity, ensuring the AI explains complex concepts simply without losing accuracy.
• Verify that the AI correctly interprets technical constraints (e.g., "Write this in Python 3.8 using pandas," or "Format the output as a JSON object").
• Compare multiple technical responses side-by-side to determine which one offers the most efficient, readable, and "pythonic" (or language-appropriate) solution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development, technical support, or technical writing.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++) and familiarity with standard coding conventions.
• Strong command of technical English, with the ability to edit for clarity and structure.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding syntax, variable naming, and code formatting (e.g., indentation, Markdown usage).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
• Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
