CRM Enablement Lead

As we invest in Salesforce CRM, including migrating acquired business units off legacy systems and aligning a common client journey, we are seeking a highly experienced CRM Enablement Lead. This role requires proven Sales Operations expertise, deep CRM strategy knowledge, and the gravitas to influence senior leaders, evaluate diverse CRM approaches across multiple business units, and design a unified approach that drives efficiency, alignment, and growth. You will not only coordinate across teams but lead on decision making, acting as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. In this role, you will embed best in class processes, develop standardised Salesforce workflows, reporting, and KPIs, and ensure long term adoption across the business. What We Offer

- Salary: £60,000 -£70,000 pro rata per annum (DOE)
- Fully remote with a requirement to travel
