Workonomics are partnering with a fintech whose mission is to help you do more with your money.

They’re building a platform in the financial advice industry that delivers better customer outcomes, at a lower cost, for more people.

By leveraging modern technology they're delivering higher and faster levels of service in a traditionally slow industry.

The company has strong product - market - fit , experienced year - on - year growth , and are now in scale - up mode.

They're looking to hire a ( backend - leaning ) Senior Software Engineer to:

• own all backend and infrastructure services across the company
• make 10x efficiency improvements across the core platform
• build out a number of greenfield product initiatives

The roadmap is exciting, with lots of complex new features to build . They want their tech to be fully automated and do all of the heavy-lifting.

Their stack is a Python (Flask) backend and a TypeScript ( React / Redux / Next . js ) frontend, on a mix of Heroku and AWS . They also use PostgreSQL .
