Cluster Facilities Manager (Mat Cover)

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a keen eye for detail and ensuring your buildings are not just compliant and operationally efficient, but that they look great too? Do you thrive on a busy schedule, managing multiple sites and projects?

With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. You will focus on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule.

You will work with your on-site Centre Management and Facilities Technicians, to deliver a comprehensive you will provide a comprehensive team and customer centric FM delivery.

This role will look after our Docklands, Lock Studios, Mirror Works, Brickfields and Mare Street centres.

What we need from you

  • Relevant previous job experience
  • Vocational training – NEBOSH & FM industry Qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisation & time management
  • Superb people skills
