We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing technology company focused on delivering innovative software solutions to businesses across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients.
This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in a builder environment, owns the full sales cycle, and can create predictable, repeatable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline within the CRM system
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience selling Software or SaaS solutions
- Strong background in new business development and outbound sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing a full B2B sales cycle
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Knowledge of subscription-based software sales models
