We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to build growth and shape the future of transport technology. You will come from a B2B SaaS OR fleet technology / telematics background.
This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in a builder environment, owns the full sales cycle, and can create predictable, repeatable revenue.
The Role
- Own UK new business sales for an AI-driven fleet safety and telematics platform
- Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in the fleet, transport, and compliance
- Drive outbound prospecting, value-led selling and long-cycle deal management
- Close fleet customers and deliver strong retention
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and tailored demonstrations.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals to drive revenue.
- Establish strategic partnerships (insurance, leasing, fleet services)
About You
- B2B SaaS, Enterprise software, telematics, fleet, or safety technology sales experience
- Comfortable selling complex, value-based solutions to owner-led and operational buyers
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting and data-driven decision making
- Self-starter with high integrity, resilience and ownership mindset
- Experience building sales motion from low inbound environments
